The AI-Tech Research Lab is a research group led by Professor Manuel Roveri at Politecnico di Milano, within the Department of Electronics, Information, and Bioengineering (DEIB).

Our primary research focuses on:

• Automatic definition of AI models (Neural Architecture Search)
• Industrial applications of AI
• Privacy-Preserving ML and DL with Homomorphic Encryption
• Sport & Health Data Science
• Tiny Machine Learning
• Time-Series forecasting, processing, counterfactual generation and alternative scenarios simulation
• Theory of learning algorithms

The AI-Tech Research Lab is closely linked with the WemSy Lab, led by Professor Cesare Alippi. Together, we integrate expertise in artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and the Internet-of-Things to advance both fundamental research and industrial applications.
